1. What we offer

The Snack Edit currently offers two purchase options:

• One-Time Box: a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. You may order one or more boxes at checkout and place another One-Time Box order whenever you choose.
• Weekly: a recurring weekly subscription for one or more boxes per weekly delivery that continues until you pause or cancel it through your customer account.

2. Checkout, payments, and accounts

Checkout, payment, subscription billing, customer accounts, and subscription management for The Snack Edit are handled by our commerce provider, Subbly. When you check out or sign in to manage a subscription, you are interacting with Subbly, and Subbly's terms and privacy notices also apply in addition to these Terms.

3. Local delivery and ZIP eligibility

The Snack Edit currently delivers only within selected ZIP codes in South Florida. The ZIP checker on this site shows whether your ZIP is currently in our delivery area. Checkout may prevent orders from addresses outside our configured delivery area. Service area and supported ZIP codes may change over time.

4. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery, contact, and account information, for keeping your account information up to date, and for making sure someone is able to receive deliveries at the address you provide.

5. Products and assortment

Each box is curated and the specific items, brands, and flavors may vary from week to week based on availability and seasonality. Photos and descriptions on the site are representative examples, not a guaranteed list of items in any given box.

6. Allergens and dietary needs

The Snack Edit is not an allergy-free service. We do not operate in an allergen-free facility and we cannot guarantee that any box is free of specific allergens or that ingredients will match a particular diet. Parents and guardians should always review the individual product labels in each box before serving and should not rely on the site or marketing materials in place of the product label.

7. Managing your Weekly subscription

Weekly subscriptions can be managed through your customer account, including updating delivery information, pausing your subscription, or canceling it. For help with your subscription, contact hello@thesnackedit.com.

8. Order and account emails

The Snack Edit and its commerce and subscription providers may send you emails that are necessary to provide the services you purchased. These operational emails may include order confirmations, receipts, order and shipping updates, delivery notifications, One-Time Box order or Weekly subscription notices (including billing, payment, renewal, cancellation, and account-management information), customer-service messages, and notices about material changes affecting your order, subscription, or account. Because these communications are needed to provide the purchased service, you agree to receive them by email when you place an order, begin a subscription, or maintain an account.

Optional email marketing is separate. If offered, it requires a separate affirmative opt-in and can be unsubscribed from at any time using the link in any such message.

9. Optional SMS messages

SMS messages from The Snack Edit are always optional. Placing a One-Time Box order, starting a Weekly subscription, accepting these Terms, or providing a mobile phone number is not, on its own, consent to receive SMS. SMS consent requires a separate affirmative action, such as checking the relevant non-preselected SMS consent checkbox for that specific enrollment path. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase, and email consent and SMS consent are handled separately.

The Snack Edit operates one SMS program with two separate, context-specific enrollment paths. Each path requires its own affirmative opt-in, and your consent applies only to the categories described next to the checkbox you selected:

• Delivery availability and service-area updates, available through the unsupported-ZIP delivery-interest form — including delivery availability for the ZIP code you submitted and related service-area updates.
• Customer order and service messages, available through a checkout or customer-order consent flow — including order confirmations and order status updates, shipping and delivery updates, operational subscription notifications when applicable, and post-delivery feedback requests about an order or customer experience.

Opting into delivery-interest SMS does not authorize customer order and service SMS, and vice versa. The SMS program does not include discounts, coupons, promotions, advertising, product marketing, abandoned-cart messages, cross-sell, or upsell content.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; replying STOP opts your mobile number out of all The Snack Edit SMS categories sent to that number, and one final opt-out confirmation message may be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@thesnackedit.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery depends on carrier availability and network conditions. 10. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, interfere with normal operation of the site, or attempt to access non-public systems.

11. No medical or nutrition advice

Information on the site about snacks, ingredients, or balance is general and is not medical, dietary, or nutrition advice.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the storefront evolves. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
